Acceptable Use Policy
SeedPilot is a two-sided platform built on trust. This policy sets out what you may and may not do here.

01Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses SeedPilot. Breaching it may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
02Be honest
- Represent yourself, your venture, your fund, and your track record accurately. Do not impersonate any person or entity.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or materially incomplete information in your briefing, profile, or data room.
- Do not misrepresent traction, revenue, regulatory status, or investor interest.
03Prohibited activity
- Scraping, harvesting, crawling, or bulk-extracting data, profiles, or contact details from the Platform.
- Using the Platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any communication that breaches PECR or anti-spam law.
- Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or testing security without our written permission, or interfering with the Platform’s operation.
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, confidential to others, or that you have no right to share.
- Circumventing access controls, sharing accounts, or reselling access without our consent.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or to promote any unlawful or unregulated financial activity.
- Using Platform data to train competing models or build a competing directory.
04Conduct between users
Communicate professionally and in good faith. Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Honour the confidentiality of materials shared with you in a data room and do not redistribute them without permission. Treat matches and intros as introductions: negotiate and document any deal in a separate written agreement.
05Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse, suspicious activity, or content concerns to support@getseedpilot.com (security issues to security@getseedpilot.com). We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
