Why is SeedPilot free for founders?

The founder is the one
we work for.

Advisers charge founders 3–5% of the round to work a rolodex. SeedPilot doesn't. Investors pay to reach pre-screened, mandate-matched founders — so the people raising never have to.

That keeps the incentive clean: SeedPilot is paid to send investors founders worth their time, not to push you into the first cheque on the table. It is not a broker and takes no commission on your raise.

SeedPilot is an information and introduction platform, not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice. Early-stage investing is high risk; you may lose all capital invested.

Pricing FAQs

No surprises.

Will founders ever be charged?

The core founder product — matching, scoring, tools and deal rooms — stays free. If premium add-ons ever arrive, the free tier remains, and you'll see any price clearly before anything is charged.

Does SeedPilot take a percentage of what I raise?

No. SeedPilot takes no commission, success fee or cut of your round. It is not a broker. Revenue comes from the investor side only.

What do investors pay?

Nothing during beta, for the first 100 investors. Paid plans for funds and syndicates are coming, priced as a clear subscription — never a cut of any deal.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. There's no card to add and nothing to cancel. If SeedPilot isn't useful, you simply stop.
